After your photos land

The Photo Playbook

A photo order is a two week campaign. Here is the plan.

The first week

One post a day, recipes included.

  • Day 1, the teaser. Your strongest exterior or hero shot with a hook caption: "Wait until you see the kitchen." End with "DM for price and tour info."
  • Day 2, the carousel tour. 5 to 7 photos in walk-through order: exterior, living, kitchen, primary, yard. Hook line, 3 to 5 features, and your interactive tour link.
  • Day 3, the floor plan. Post the 2D floor plan image with "Here is how it flows" and call out layout perks like the open concept or split bedrooms.
  • Day 4, the detail shot. One lifestyle feature, the fireplace, porch or island: "Your cozy night starts here."
  • Day 5, the home report hook. Share standout stats: "Built in 2021. Over 2,400 square feet. Backyard built for entertaining." End with "DM for the full home report."
  • The weekend. Turn your 3 best photos into a quick Reel, Instagram walks you through it in a few taps.

Keep it alive

Week 2 and beyond: same photos, fresh angles.

  • Change the caption, change the context. Same kitchen photo: week 1 says "Chef’s kitchen with oversized island," week 2 says "Hosting made easy, this layout flows."
  • Speak to one buyer at a time. "Calling all remote workers, this home has your dream setup." Pick the photos that match that buyer.
  • The hidden gem post. Your least used photo: "The walk-in pantry you did not know was here." Drop the floor plan or tour link in the comments.
  • Story prompts 2 to 3 times a week. A photo with a poll like "Would you live here? YES / OMG YES," a detail shot with a rating slider, or the tour link with "Have not walked through yet? Tap here."

Your secret weapons

Included with your order, and most agents never use them.

  • Your interactive tour. Our photos placed on your floor plan, so buyers see exactly where they are standing in the home. Put the link in your carousel caption, your link in bio, and every DM reply.
  • Your 2D floor plan. The first thing serious buyers ask for. Posted on its own it stops the scroll, because layout is what buyers actually shop on.
  • Your home report. A week of captions waiting to happen: year built, square footage, upgrades and systems. Pull one stat per post.
  • Your unbranded property website. Photos, floor plan, tour and report in one MLS compliant link. Use it in the MLS and anywhere one link has to do it all.
  • Your email blast. Send it to your past clients and leads. The recipe: a subject line like "Just listed in [neighborhood]," a personal opener like "This one made me think of you," 2 or 3 of the best photos, 2 or 3 standout features from the home report, and your property website link as the call to action: "Take the full walk-through here." Short beats long every time.

Every post, every time

  • Location tag, 5 to 7 local hashtags, tag us and your brokerage, and reply to every comment.
  • DM the post to past clients and anyone who might know the right buyer. Direct shares are a strong signal to the platform.
